Hannah Bertram is an Australian installation artist. Her practice investigates the ambiguity of value, the transformation of worthless materials and the passing of time. She is currently working on The Global Dust Project – a series of site-specific installations, performances, documentation and lectures that explore the material and poetic possibilities of dust.
Hannah Bertram has completed a Bachelor of Fine Art and a Masters of Fine Art at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology, Melbourne and is a PhD candidate at the Victorian College of the Arts, University of Melbourne. She has exhibited her work throughout Australia and Internationally and is featured in Simon Gregg’s New Romantics: Darkness and Light in Australian Art.
